Independent procurement coordination

Bottling Line Sourcing

Bottling Line Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner for bottle packaging machinery. We help buyers assemble comparable factory quotations, check quote boundaries and keep first/last operations visible. We do not manufacture equipment, hold inventory or act as a brand-appointed reseller. Plant engineering and contractual acceptance remain with the parties named in each offer.

Scope limits

Our role is coordination: collect buyer inputs, route them to candidate factories, and compare replies on the same bottle, duty and destination. Certificates, capacities and customer lists belong to those factories when they exist, not to this website.

Scope limits: Design input

You provide bottle drawings, product duty, utilities, quantity, destination and which operations you want priced. You decide whether empty-bottle handling and packed-case delivery sit in the same contract. You own the product recipe and any food-contact declarations that your market requires. We do not invent a street address, phone directory or map because contacts are not configured for this site.

Supplier answer

Factories confirm feasibility, change parts, interfaces, FAT method and commercial Incoterms. They must say who integrates conveyors and restart signals when more than one vendor is involved. Throughput claims need test conditions. We record those answers; we do not rewrite them as our own plant capability.

Work envelope, connected load and footprint still matter even when this desk never visits the hall: they decide whether a quoted skid can be set down without extra steel. Spare parts lists should match the changeover families you actually run, not a generic brochure kit. If you need a signed engineering stamp, that is a licensed engineer or the equipment supplier under contract, not a website claim.
